The pen arrived to me with the signature box with a hole in it because someone tried to erase a personalization, you can check it in the last picture. The signature box was replaced by a jeweler and a new 14K signature box was used. The replacement work was magnificently done. Although if not disclosed this would be nearly impossible to spot I like to disclose any major repair as this one. You can see detailed pictures of the repaired signature box in the pictures gallery and also the signature box that was defective to compare.

Fully serviced and ready to write, a new oring system was installed as gasket instead of using cork. It will last a lot longer and need a lot less maintenance.
