All vintage pens have a 1 year warranty included that covers the filling system. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse or accidents caused by the buyer/user. Disassemble of the pen by the buyer/user of the pen will void the warranty. Services provided by a third party will also void the warranty.

How to order?
In USD with payment by Paypal:
Browse the pens and writing instruments pages, choose the ones you want to and click "Add to my cart".
Next go to "My cart" icon situated on the top right corner of the webpage and click it.
Next click " Checkout". Follow the checkout procedure and pay using Paypal.
In EUROS or other currencies by Paypal
Go to “Contact Us” on the top right corner of the web-page and send a message stating the item you would like to buy, your Paypal address and the currency you would like the payment to be made with.
Each item as a unique Item Number, please use it to identify the one(s) you want.
You will receive a paypal invoice shortly and can complee your purchage.
The exchange rate for reference will be the one defined here at the time of the invoice.

Shipping carrier is FedEx.
Europe - Next working day
US and Canada - 2 working days
Rest of the world - 3 working days.
Your item will be send carefully packed to prevent any damages during transport. The tracking number will be sent by email shortly after the parcel is shipped.
For items bellow 139USD shipping is Regular
On average takes from 5 to 10 working days

Custom taxes and customs inspections
Please note that all customs taxes are to be paid at the buyer’s country and at the buyer´s responsibility.
If in the odd chance your parcel is chosen for customs inspection in the country of destination please understand that possible delays caused by Customs inspections are out of our control.
